Musk Therapy from Initio's Absolute collection builds around the concept of musk as a comforting, skin-close material rather than as a projection molecule. The bergamot and mandarin opening is clean and bright, a conventional citrus introduction that gives way quickly to the floral heart.
White magnolia in the heart is transparent and pale, providing a soft floral quality without adding weight; blackcurrant contributes a dark fruity contrast that prevents the composition from reading as purely clean and simple. Musk in the base is the defining element: skin-close and soft rather than loud. Sandalwood and white sandalwood (a slightly different character, closer to cedar-sandalwood hybrids) provide creamy woody depth. Longevity is six to eight hours at a quiet projection level.
