Thank you for shopping with ParfumCentral. We’re committed to ensuring your order arrives safely, quickly, and in perfect condition. Please review our shipping terms before placing your order.
1. Order Processing
All confirmed orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Orders placed after 3 PM local time are processed the next business day.
Once dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and courier details.
2. Shipping Destinations
We ship worldwide through trusted international couriers. If your destination isn’t listed at checkout, please contact support@parfumcentral.com , and we’ll do our best to accommodate your order.

4. Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are displayed at checkout based on weight, destination, and courier selection.
Free shipping may apply for qualifying order values or during promotions.
All applicable customs duties, VAT, and import taxes are covered by ParfumCentral. You will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.
5. Customs & Import Handling
ParfumCentral covers all customs duties, import fees, and applicable taxes.
Our logistics partners manage customs clearance to ensure a smooth, duty-paid delivery experience.
You will never be asked to pay additional import or brokerage fees to receive your order.
6. Packaging & Handling
All items are packed in protective, impact-resistant packaging designed for perfume transport.
Shipments are handled in compliance with IATA Dangerous Goods (DG) regulations for flammable liquids.
Orders with multiple items may ship in separate parcels depending on warehouse stock and handling requirements.
7. Tracking Your Order
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number and a link to follow your shipment’s journey.
Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch.
If tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your order, please check with your local courier office before contacting us.
8. Address Accuracy & Delivery Attempts
Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are correct when placing an order.
We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses.
If a delivery attempt fails and the package is returned to us, we can reship the order (additional delivery fees may apply).
9. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact support@parfumcentral.com within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery).
Include your order number, tracking details, and photos (if applicable).
Confirmed cases will be resolved promptly through replacement or refund, at our discretion.
10. Restricted Shipments
We are unable to ship to countries or regions with transport or import restrictions on perfume or flammable goods. If we cannot complete your delivery, you will be notified and refunded in full.
11. Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders cannot be modified or canceled once dispatched.

We will make every effort to accommodate your request if the order has not yet shipped.
