Bulgarian rose, Turkish rose, May rose, Taif rose and rose absolute each bring a different facet. Sambac and Grasse jasmines anchor white-floral compositions. Iris (orris butter) is the most expensive raw material in mainstream perfumery and contributes powdery, cool elegance.
Florals work day or night, in any season. Heavier white florals (tuberose, gardenia) demand evening and cooler weather. Powdery iris and violet are office-safe. Rose and peony fit anywhere.
