About Amouage Decision EDP

Decision EDP, released in 2025, builds its opening around three materials that define the Amouage masculine register: cardamom, bergamot, and pink pepper. Bergamot provides the brightness that lifts the cardamom out of culinary territory; pink pepper adds dry, peppercorn-like sharpness without capsaicin heat.

Frankincense in the heart is the central note, joined by juniper berries; this pairing creates a dry, resinous character with a clean, piney edge. Myrrh adds balsamic depth, richer and darker than frankincense. The base of vanilla, cedarwood, and patchouli provides the house signature: warmth without excess sweetness, wood without dryness. Eight to ten hours on skin.
