    Chandigarh Express opens bright. Mandarin and bergamot land first, and cardamom gives that citrus a dry aromatic edge before the fruit has a chance to turn sweet.

    The middle is where the leather arrives. It sits next to jasmine, davana and Mahonial, so the leather reads soft rather than smoky.
