These terms govern your use of parfumcentral.com and all purchases placed through the store. By placing an order, creating an account, or otherwise interacting with the site, you accept these terms in full. Read them before shopping.

Operator and Jurisdiction

parfumcentral.com is operated by STOCKATI TRADING L.L.C, a company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with offices at Unit 1005 to 1011 Level 10, Ibn Battuta Business Gate, Jebel Ali First, Dubai. The store is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.

Orders and Acceptance

All orders are subject to product availability and acceptance by Parfum Central. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or refund any order, including for reasons of suspected fraud, restricted destination, payment-method mismatch, or pricing error. Prices are listed in AED and may change without notice; the price at order confirmation is the price you pay. Payment must clear in full before despatch.

Authenticity Representation

All fragrances sold through Parfum Central are sourced through verified import partners and inspected against manufacturer batch references before listing. We inspect every fragrance against the manufacturer's batch reference and production markers before listing. If a buyer suspects an item is not authentic, the dispute process is via the returns policy with photographs of the batch code, packaging, and unit; resolved authenticity disputes are eligible for full refund.

Shipping Terms

Shipping is via DHL Express to 132 perfume-DG-eligible countries; rates and lead times are documented in the shipping policy. Import duties, customs handling fees, and local taxes at the destination are the responsibility of the buyer per international shipping convention.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unopened, factory-sealed products. Opened, used, or tampered products are not eligible. Damaged or defective items have a separate 48-hour reporting window. Full details: returns and refunds policy.

Privacy and Data

How we handle customer data is described in our privacy policy, including the lawful bases for processing, third-party data sharing arrangements (DHL, Shopify, payment processors), and the customer's right to request data deletion via the data-deletion page.

We update these terms when policies, rates, or operating realities change. The date at the top of the page is the most recent revision. Material changes are flagged on the homepage or via email to account holders where reasonably possible.
