Myths Man, released in 2016 as part of the Odyssey collection, opens with three materials that resist easy categorisation: chrysanthemum, which carries a slightly bitter, herbal quality distinct from sweet florals; orris, the powdery iris root that adds a cool, woody-floral register; and elemi, a resin with a fresh, slightly citrusy character similar to frankincense but lighter.
