About Roja Parfums Isola Blu Parfum

Isola Blu opens sharp and green. Lemon, bergamot and lime hit first, but lavender and thyme keep the citrus from reading as simple cologne, giving the top a herbal, almost savoury edge that holds longer than most citrus openings manage.

The heart softens considerably. Apple and blackcurrant add juice, coconut lends a suntan warmth, and orange blossom with jasmine and lily fills out the middle. Underneath, oakmoss and cedar do the structural work, with patchouli, vetiver and amber giving the drydown weight. It stays legible in heat, which is where lighter citrus compositions usually thin out and vanish.
