Nefs Extrait de Parfum, released in 2019, builds one of the more complex note pyramids in the Nishane range. The top combines honey, saffron, and fig with violet and sage: honey and saffron add a rich oriental warmth from the opening; fig contributes a milky, slightly green fruitiness; violet adds a powdery-sweet quality; sage provides a herbal counterpoint that prevents the opening from reading as simply sweet.

The heart of rose, osmanthus, nutmeg, jasmine, and geranium continues the oriental direction. Osmanthus adds a stone-fruit, slightly leathery quality alongside the rose; nutmeg and geranium contribute spiced, herbaceous depth.
