Oud and Turkish rose form the heart, joined by castoreum and suede, and here the composition turns animalic. The leather is not clean or modern; it carries a raw quality that some will find confronting. Labdanum, patchouli, sandalwood and guaiac wood close it in balsamic territory, olibanum and benzoin adding incense. At extrait strength in 50ml, a little goes a long way.
