Ex Nihilo Scarlet Sands launched as a Dubai exclusive in 2024, and it is the top-selling fragrance in our store. It opens on raspberry and mandarin, moves through orange blossom, jasmine and freesia, and settles on amber, Akigalawood and vanilla. The perfume is widely credited to Jordi Fernández, and Ex Nihilo's own description, as quoted by ScentAdvice, sets it at sunset: "the captivating atmosphere of Dubai rises in the beauty of the red-light sunset."

2. Penhaligon's Halfeti Amber
Penhaligon's Halfeti Amber is a new take on Halfeti, one of the house's most celebrated fragrances. Penhaligon's presented it, as quoted by ScentAdvice, "in a limited-edition glass bottle" and "available exclusively at Dubai Mall." It is built around saffron, suede and amber, a warmer and softer reading of Halfeti.

3. Clive Christian Kinam
Clive Christian Kinam carries the house's own label "Dubai Store Exclusive". When Clive Christian unveiled its Dubai Mall flagship, it announced Kinam as "available only at the Dubai location" and described it as "a perfume crafted exclusively for its opening." Kinam is the name of the rarest grade of agarwood, and the house calls it "the hero ingredient of this creation."
The house lists saffron, nutmeg and davana at the top, a metallic accord with osmanthus and Rose de Mai at the heart, and kinam oud with amber and sandalwood in the base, at a "40.00% Perfume Concentration". 4. Xerjoff One (red)
Xerjoff 1 One Red Parfum belongs to what Xerjoff calls "a special collection of seven perfumes created in honour of the United Arab Emirates," and the house states it is "available exclusively at the Xerjoff Dubai boutique." Each bottle takes its colour from the national flag, and the flacons carry a hand-painted brushstroke finish that, in Xerjoff's words, "mimics the moving sands of the desert."
One is an oriental fougère: bergamot, neroli, basil and lavender at the top, coriander, pink pepper, wormwood and thyme at the heart, and amber, patchouli, oakmoss and musk in the base. 100 ml, AED 2,650.
5. Xerjoff Seven (black)
Xerjoff 7 Seven Black Flacon Parfum comes from the same UAE collection and carries the same wording from the house: available exclusively at the Xerjoff Dubai boutique. It is housed in a black flacon.
Xerjoff lists pink grapefruit, coconut and pear at the top, incense, orris and cashmeran at the heart, and Madagascar vanilla, ambergris and Virginia cedarwood in the base. 100 ml, AED 2,475. Our Xerjoff collections guide places both bottles within the wider Xerjoff range.
Made for the Emirates

Roja Parfums United Arab Emirates is part of Roja Dove's Gulf Collection, which he describes as "lovingly dedicated to the individual personalities and characteristics of countries across the Gulf." The house calls it "an energetic Oud perfume". Frankincense and pink pepper lead, over a heart of rose and jasmine and a base of oud, patchouli and labdanum. 50 ml Parfum, AED 2,100.
